Our training programme

The training session lasts 90 minutes and is divided into 3 parts:

Golf lesson

During the golf lesson (30 minutes), a professional golf coach is explaining the golf technique and familiarizing the children with the rules of the game, while supervising the discipline and individual progress.

Workout lesson

During the motion lesson (30 minutes), a fitness instructor is helping the children to build the body strenght and develope their flexibility and balance. The excercises are primarily focused on ameliorating the golf movements.

Complementary lesson

During the complementary sport lesson (30 minutes), there is a space for other sport activities, such as floorball, handball or soccer, all of them performed under the supervision of an experienced fitness instructor.

Motivation is the key

Motivation is the key

Part of the training is a motivation programme, which is adapted to the age of the child. The individual progress and small successes of each of the children are being regularly appreciated by the coaches with the aim of rising the motivation and self-confidence, but never at the expense of the others.
